How does the free trial work?
After creating an account, you get 14 days of full access to all features on any plan. No credit card required to start. At the end of your trial, choose a plan to continue or your account will be paused.
Can I change or cancel my plan anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account settings. If you upgrade, the difference is prorated. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your billing cycle.
Does LendControl charge setup fees or take a commission?
No. There are no setup fees, no hidden charges, and we never take a cut of your rental revenue. You only pay your monthly or yearly subscription.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Subscriptions are billed automatically each month or year depending on your billing cycle.
What is included in onboarding?
Grow and Scale plans include a guided onboarding session where our team helps you set up your inventory, configure your booking page, and import your existing customer data so you can get started quickly.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or educational institutions?
Yes. We offer a 20% discount on all plans for verified nonprofits, universities, and accredited educational institutions. Contact us to apply.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation. During this period, you can reactivate your account and pick up where you left off. After 90 days, your data is permanently deleted.
